The Inside Sales Representative acts as the internal first line contact for assigned customer accounts, responsible for tasks related to the effective execution and support of the end-to-end sales cycle processes through account management and data analyzation.
Requirements
- Work to meet all established Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Represent the company professionally and courteously
- Partners with Sales team to ensure account retention
- Data entry, quote support, record management, etc.
- Effective management of customer master data
- Proactively drives account management
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
- Improves customer VMI program
- Follows company guidelines to establish selling prices and profit margins
- Supports in preparing continuous improvement reviews
- Work with established reporting tools for inventory review and new item additions
- Maintains and builds customer relationships
- Read and decipher customer prints to provide accurate customer quotes
- Recommend and identify internal process improvements
- Respond timely to requests via all modes of communication
- Up sell products and services through weekly sales or company promotions
- Performs other duties, as assigned
