Residential Coach (Direct Care Position)

Crossroads Community, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing behavioral health rehabilitation to residents of Maryland's Eastern Shore. We are seeking a Residential Coach to assist clients in achieving their goals and gaining skills of daily living, self-administration of medications, self-care and wellness, and community involvement.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Pass the agency's background check
