Residential Coach (Direct Care Position)

Crossroads Community is a nonprofit organization providing behavioral health rehabilitation to residents of the five mid-shore counties on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Our mission is to teach skills and access resources that empower people with behavioral health needs to recover and live satisfying and productive lives.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent and the desire to help individuals with behavioral health needs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record to support insurability by the agency’s insurance carrier.
• Work related use of a vehicle carrying minimum of 100/300/50 liability insurance.
• Pass the agency’s background check.
