We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing lead generation and referral development strategy. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outreach campaigns, appointment setting, or referral development (healthcare/home care strongly preferred).
Requirements
- Develop and execute lead generation strategy to consistently produce warm, qualified prospects for intake and conversion.
- Source, research, organize, clean, segment, and manage prospect and referral lists for optimized outreach and conversion.
- Conduct structured multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, email) using approved messaging and compliance standards.
- Qualify prospects based on service need, urgency, location, and suitability.
- Schedule pre-assessment appointments directly with the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion and confirm details with clients.
- Produce weekly lead generation and referral performance reports including lead volume, warm leads, campaign effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement.
