Job Description
The Spanish Bilingual Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify leads, conduct outbound sales calls, and build relationships with potential clients. The role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, and a strong work ethic and adaptability to learn new systems. Collaboration with Account Executives is key to a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong consultative phone skills and ability to build rapport
- Energetic and persistent with excellent follow-up skills
- Strong collaboration skills and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel
- Internet Connection: Minimum 15 Mbps (primary), 10 Mbps (backup) with power outage support
- Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor
- 8 GB RAM minimum
- Acoustic privacy (webcam, headset, dedicated workspace)
- Smartphone for communication
