Job Description
This Bilingual Sales Development Representative role focuses on generating leads and qualifying new business opportunities for a tech company based in Mexico. Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B sales or business development experience
- Ability to lead and manage conversations, build rapport, and earn trust with prospective clients
- Strong consultative phone skills
- Energetic, positive, and persistent with excellent follow-up skills and a can-do attitude
- Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel
