Job Description
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Dynamics 365, strong technical abilities, and experience in client-facing roles. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 suite, system integrations, cloud platforms, and leadership capabilities in delivering technical solutions.
Requirements
- 12-14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service)
- Strong expertise in integration architecture and patterns using middleware tools and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, SSRS, and Microsoft developer toolkit.
- Knowledge of cloud integration using Azure services such as Azure Functions and Service Bus.
- Experience in data migration and harmonization using Azure Data Factory and third-party tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipeline setups for CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and independent thinking skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies in delivering technical projects.
- Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and manage technical delivery teams.
- Internet Connection with minimum 15 Mbps & 10 Mbps backup connection.
