Job Description
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Lead is seeking a highly skilled individual to lead technical workshops, design solutions, and drive the technical integration of Dynamics 365 customer engagement and other Microsoft Dynamics 365 products. This role requires strong technical expertise, client-facing skills, and a focus on delivering solutions based on best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, middleware tools, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps pipelines.
Requirements
- 12-14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service)
- Strong expertise in integration architecture and patterns
- Hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, SSRS, and Microsoft developer toolkit
- Knowledge of cloud integration using Azure services such as Azure Functions and Service Bus
- Experience in data migration and harmonization using Azure Data Factory and other third-party tools
- Familiarity with DevOps pipeline setups for CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and independent thinking skills
- Proven ability to lead and deliver technical solutions for complex requirements
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Internet Connection (minimum 15 Mbps/10 Mbps backup), a functioning webcam, and a dedicated home office space.
