Job Description
The company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support and empower their C-level team, managing social media channels and handling administrative tasks. Requirements
- At least two years of experience in an administrative role as an Executive Assistant
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Solid experience with calendar management, email management, and project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
- QuickBooks knowledge (a plus)
- Internet Connection Requirements: At least 15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup (Power Outage Support)
- Device Requirements: Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM
- Workspace Requirements: Smartphone for communication, workspace (samedise/quiet, dedicated home office)
