Job Description
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a C-level team and manage their social media channels. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is a remote role with a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive and reliable assistant.
Requirements
- At least two years of solid experience in an administrative role as an Executive Assistant
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Solid experience with calendar management, email management, and project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
- QuickBooks knowledge (a plus)
- Internet connection requirements (minimum 15 Mbps, backup required with 10 Mbps or higher for power outage support)
