Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) - Contractor

We are looking for contractors to join our network to conduct environmental site assessments for commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Phase I ESA and be able to work remotely.

Requirements

• Environmental Professional (EP) as defined by All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI)
• 5+ years’ experience conducting Phase I ESAs or related environmental assessments in the commercial real estate industry.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in geology, environmental science, engineering, or similar discipline (preferred).
