Job Description
We are looking for individuals to join our contractor network to conduct environmental due diligence assessments for commercial real estate transactions. The ideal contractor will have 5+ years of Phase I ESA experience and a strong understanding of environmental regulations and technical writing skills.
Requirements
- Environmental Professional (EP) as defined by All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI)
- 5+ years' experience conducting Phase I ESAs or related environmental assessments in the commercial real estate industry.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in geology, environmental science, engineering, or similar discipline (preferred)
- Familiarity with Quire writing platform and templates preferred
