Senior Packaging Engineer

Crestron Electronics is seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic Senior Packaging Engineer to develop innovative and sustainable shipping packaging solutions for our diverse product portfolio. This role is instrumental in supporting new product launches, meeting cost and performance targets, and advancing our sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Design and develop cost-effective, high-performance packaging solutions for a wide range of electronic products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and packaging strategies.
• Lead sustainability initiatives by researching emerging materials and technologies, developing strategic roadmaps, and contributing to the company’s annual sustainability report.
• Generate and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including mechanical drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in packaging design and materials without compromising product integrity.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials innovation, and regulatory requirements to ensure Crestron remains at the forefront of packaging technology.
