We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, checking guests out, and providing exceptional customer service while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Requirements
- Computer literacy
- Hotel PMS experience (an asset)
- Service oriented with an eye to supporting internal guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Willingness to learn, develop & grow
- Numerical acuity and high attention to detail
- Comprehensive understanding of financial data, reporting, & basic arithmetic functions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Professional presentation
- Must be willing to work overnights, holidays and weekends
- Able to perform other duties as required
