Job Description
Crescent Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join their Hilton Greenville team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Front Desk, providing exceptional guest satisfaction, and leading a team of Guest Service Agents.
Requirements
- Front Desk experience in a full-service hotel
- Schedule flexibility (AM, PM, and Overnight if needed)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
