Minor League Triple-A Hitting Coach

The Minor League Triple-A Hitting Coach is responsible for leading and executing hitting development at the assigned Albuquerque affiliate, utilizing modern technology and analytics to support performance improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience working and playing in professional baseball preferred
• Extremely motivated, with a strong work ethic and problem solving skills, with the desire to learn and grow
• Strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication
• Detail-oriented, strong organization skills, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment, as well as effectively interacting with other departments, to accomplish common goals
• Experience with and a working understanding of current baseball technologies, programs, and evaluative tools
• Ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships with members of the Club's front office, on-field staff, and players
• Consistent, punctual, and regular attendance, while presenting a professional image and demeanor
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
