Minor League Outfield & Baserunning Coordinator

The Minor League Outfield and Baserunning Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining organizational principles for outfield play and baserunning across the minor league system.

Requirements

• Previous experience working and playing professional baseball
• Extremely motivated, with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication
• Detail-oriented, strong organization skills, and multi-tasking abilities
• Passion for the game of baseball
• Ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment
• Experience with and a working understanding of current baseball technologies, programs, and evaluative tools
• Ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships with members of the Club’s front office, on-field staff, and players
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
