Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Presales professional (Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant) with strong demo, POC, and competitive positioning practices.
- Experience supporting CX, customer service, support, or knowledge management use cases; familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Service or Data Cloud, SAP CX, or Genesys is an asset.
- Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and search-related models (query suggestions, generative answering, etc.).
- Programming familiarity (Python, JavaScript) and experience working with APIs (e.g., Postman).
- Ability to navigate medium and large enterprises with ease — stakeholders, processes, and decision structures.
- A consultative mindset backed by excellent storytelling and technical communication skills.
- Experience representing the voice of the customer to product teams.
- Comfortable with travel up to 30–50%.
