As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will partner with prospects to showcase transformative AI and shape smarter customer experiences. You will guide customers in understanding Coveo's Service & Knowledge solutions, conduct technical discovery, and build tailored demos to highlight relevant capabilities and business value.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Presales professional
- Experience supporting CX, customer service, support, or knowledge management use cases
- Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and search-related models
- Programming familiarity (Python, JavaScript) and experience working with APIs
- Ability to navigate medium and large enterprises with ease
