Job Description
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide supported employment and community networking support for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Charlotte area. The role involves one-on-one support, daily living assistance, and ensuring the individual's safety and well-being. It is a contract position.
Requirements
- Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community
- Follow agency policies and procedures
