Job Description
Covenant Case Management Services is hiring compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide supported employment support for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Charlotte area. The role involves providing one-on-one support, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the individual's safety and well-being. This is a contracted position within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
- Follow agency policies and procedures.
- Assist client with applying for jobs, practicing interview skills, and working along side them at potential place of employment.
