Senior Renewals Representative is a key contributor to customer retention and long-term account health across a defined portfolio of strategic clients. By building strong relationships and deeply understanding each customer’s business needs, the Renewals Representative ensures clients continue to realize maximum value from their Cornerstone solutions.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, sales operations, or another customer-facing role
- Demonstrated success managing renewal cycles or customer contracts in a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple renewal timelines and stakeholders
- Proven ability to articulate product value and communicate effectively across internal and customer audiences
- Experience with CRM and quoting systems (Salesforce, CPQ tools, or equivalent)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through abilities
- Ability to identify and mitigate renewal risks while maintaining a customer-first mindset
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance
- Solid commercial acumen with an understanding of contract terms, pricing structures, and revenue impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
