Renewals Manager

Common Room is seeking a Renewals Manager to join their team. The Renewals Manager will be responsible for managing renewals for Growth customers, driving renewal motions end-to-end, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth renewal execution. The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales roles in SaaS, and be comfortable owning transactional processes while thinking strategically about scale.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales roles in SaaS
• Experience managing high-volume renewals in a Growth, SMB, or commercial segment
• Highly organized and able to manage competing deadlines and priorities
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers around pricing, contracts, and value
• Bring a data-informed mindset and are curious about what drives retention and churn
