Cornerstone is seeking a Rapid Rehousing Advocate to provide wraparound support services to families impacted by domestic violence, human trafficking/exploitation, or sexual violence. The Rapid Rehousing Housing Advocate plays a critical role in helping survivors access and maintain safe, stable housing. This position provides trauma-informed, survivor-centered advocacy and support to clients residing in rapid rehousing programming.
Requirements
- Provide individualized, trauma-informed case management and advocacy services to survivors of domestic violence and their families.
- Assist clients in developing and working toward individualized housing stability plans.
- Advocate for clients with landlords and property management companies, ensuring fair treatment and addressing housing issues.
- Respond to crises as needed, de-escalating situations and ensuring safety and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided, including case notes, service plans, and data reporting.
