Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counseling, and experience working with diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
Emergency and Youth Services Advocate
Experience working with children and youth, advocacy, childcare, or related settings; Strong organizational and time management skills; Effective communication skills
Emergency Services Supervisor
2-3 yrs supervisory experience in services; knowledge of trauma-informed care; ability to connect poverty and homelessness with domestic violence
Director of Therapy and Group Services
7+ years of therapy experience, 3+ years of clinical supervision, and a Master's degree in a related field
Front Desk Internship
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong organizational & communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office & Zoom
Emergency Services Advocate
Associate degree or comparable experience. 1+ years' trauma-informed experience. Understanding of survivor-centered care
SOAR Internship
HS diploma/GED, or Early Education, Psychology, or Social Work program experience preferred. Must be available for orientation and training. 6-12 hours/week, Tuesday/Thursday or Saturdays 10am-3pm
Rapid Rehousing Advocate
2+ years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence or in a housing advocacy role; Strong advocacy, crisis intervention, and interpersonal communication skills; Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain appropriate boundaries
Day One Call Center Advocate
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience. 1+ years trauma-informed crisis response experience. Understanding of trauma-informed care and a strong understanding of criminal justice systems
Emergency Services Primary Advocate
Associate degree, 1-2 years of experience in crisis response services, trauma-informed care, and understanding of crime victim’s rights
