Job Description
CoreSite is seeking a SkillBridge Data Center Technician to support the operational integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of its data centers. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including mechanical, electrical, and fire safety, telecommunications, and customer infrastructure management. It is a unique opportunity for current and prospective military service members or US military personnel transitioning out of the military to civilian workforce.
Requirements
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers.
- Understanding of fiber optics / cabling infrastructure.
- Experience with mainframe systems.
- Experience with data trending and analysis.
- Operating hand and machine tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
