EOI - Customer Success Manager, Account Management

CorePlan is a Perth tech startup shaking up the mining industry with a modern digital SaaS drilling management platform. We are opening expressions of interest for Customer Success Managers who will focus on owning the post‐implementation success of our customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Success, project management or consulting, ideally in SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar (preferred)
• Experience working with complex software products.
• Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple customers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A problem‐solving mindset and curiosity about how customers work.
• Confidence using CRM and project management tools.
