HVAC Maintenance Technician - 1111 Main at the Skyline Collection

Copaken Brooks is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Engineer with commercial high-rise office building experience in Kansas City, Missouri. The candidate will perform various inspections, maintenance, and repairs to improve and maintain the physical appearance and mechanical integrity of the property.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent work experience in a commercial office environment
• Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, chillers, air compressors, air handlers, cooling towers, pumps and motors, fan coil units, piping and plumbing, exhaust fans, fire systems, generators and switchgears
• Universal CFC license obtained within the first year of employment
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Basic computer knowledge required
• High school diploma, Associate Degree, or HVAC/Maintenance Engineer program certification
