We are looking for an Insolvency Manager to join our Business Restructuring & Insolvency team. The role involves managing corporate insolvency procedures, leading advisory engagements, and building strong relationships with professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate insolvency procedures, knowledge of insolvency case law, and a proven ability to manage a team.
Requirements
- Managing corporate insolvency procedures: administrations, liquidations (both solvent and insolvent), and voluntary arrangements.
- Leading some advisory engagements and applying up-to-date knowledge of case law, SIPs, and legislation.
- Building strong relationships with professionals—legal teams, valuation agents, referrers.
- Driving progress on cases, resolving challenges, and keeping partners/IP’s in the loop.
- Coaching and developing the team: allocating work, reviewing outputs, and providing feedback.
- Managing formal performance reviews and supporting career development.
- Getting involved in marketing and business development—helping us win new work and grow the department.
- Championing new ideas and ways of working to keep us ahead of the curve.
