Job Description
We're looking for an Insolvency Assistant Manager to join our Business Restructuring & Insolvency team. The role involves managing corporate insolvency procedures, leading advisory engagements, and building strong relationships with clients and professionals.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing corporate insolvency procedures
- Experience in personal insolvency (bankruptcy and voluntary arrangements)
- Knowledge of insolvency case law, SIPs, and legislation
- A confident communicator who can build trust and influence at all levels
- Proven ability to manage WIP, billing, and case progression
- 5+ years insolvency experience
