Job Description
We're looking for a pragmatic and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing in-house Legal team. You'll work directly with the Head of Legal, providing timely, business-focused advice across a variety of commercial and corporate matters.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (0–3 years PQE)
- Strong foundation in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management ability
- Commercially astute and pragmatic, with the ability to work independently
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or telecoms is desirable
