Bid / Proposition Manager

Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions. We're looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Proposition Manager to co-ordinate and deliver high-quality proposals and propositions for our customers.

Requirements

• Strong academic background or equivalent experience in proposal or proposition management
• Proven ability to manage, plan, and deliver compliant proposals in complex environments
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams under challenging deadlines
• Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Adobe InDesign desirable
• Experience in managing content libraries or proposal automation systems is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of generative AI tools and their application in content creation is desirable
