Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of APIs and experience interacting with them
- Ability to quickly understand customer roles and craft clear narratives
- Convincing and motivating others to achieve goals
- Enjoy interacting with customers and solving new problems daily
- Ability and desire to learn quickly and think outside the box
