Customer Success Manager - French Speaker (Remote)

Constructor.io is looking for a Customer Success Manager who is a self-starter with a passion for cool technology and interacting with people. The ideal candidate has experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations in a role within customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting. The role is fully remote and can be located anywhere across EMEA, with a competitive compensation package including stock options.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years professional experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations in a role within customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of APIs and experience interacting with them
• Ability to quickly understand different roles in an organization and craft clear narrative to get people behind your ideas
• Ability to convince and motivate those around you to do what you know is right
