Associate Partner Success Manager

Partner Success Manager is responsible for alignment at the leadership level of low-touch and tech-touch partners while building and maintaining strong relationships to help these select partners progress on their transformation journey.

Requirements

• Provides support to cross-functional teams
• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
• May coach and review the work of other team members
• Ensures that partners derive maximum value from their investment in ConnectWise products
• Builds and nurtures relationships across accounts
• Monitors partner usage data and health indicators
• Evangelizes the capabilities of ConnectWise products
• Develops an understanding of typical business challenges faced by partners
• Identifies risks to the partner that inhibit their stated business goals
