Job Description
The CT State Community College is seeking part-time lecturers for the Second Chance Pell Program. Positions are available for teaching credit courses inside CT Department of Correction facilities. Classes are taught on ground. The college provides access to academically rigorous and innovative education and training focused on student success.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in subject matter
- Proven ability to work with diverse faculty, staff, and students
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong Information technology literacy skills
Benefits
- Starting salary: $2,112 per contact/credit hour ($6,336 for a 3-credit course)
- Incumbents can teach a total of up to 8 credits per semester within the CC system
