Job Description
Connecteam is seeking a Mid Market Customer Success Onboarding Manager to manage the onboarding experience for their clients, ensuring they get the most value from their Connecteam platform. This role involves guiding clients through system characterization, technical setup, integrations, and training, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate. The Onboarding Manager will drive product adoption, identify risks, and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with integrations and technical product setup
- Exceptional communication and training skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
