Job Description
Connecteam is seeking a Mid Market Customer Success Onboarding Manager to manage the onboarding experience for their clients, ensuring they get the most out of Connecteam. The role involves guiding clients through system characterization, technical setup, and integration, as well as providing training and acting as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate will drive product adoption and build lasting client relationships.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management roles
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with integrations and technical product setup
- Exceptional communication, training, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
