Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist will assist in all leasing operations, minimize vacancy, meet occupancy goals, promote resident and public relations, and ensure compliance with housing program requirements. This role involves managing apartments, handling lease agreements, conducting move-ins/move-outs, and maintaining community standards.

• Handle financial details and payroll.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks.

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of community.
