Job Description
Conifer is seeking a Leasing Specialist to assist in all operations of the leasing office and ensure properties are compliant with tax credit regulations. The role involves assisting with tenant selection, tour management, and handling move-in details. Daily activities include collaborating with various housing authorities and maintaining a stable and fiscally sound operation.
Requirements
- Meet all deadlines and complete compliance reports.
- Prior experience with Affordable Housing, HUD programs, and compliance software.
- Strong MS Office skills and data entry/proofing skills.
- Basic Accounting skills.
- Understanding of income assessments in relation to compliance regulations.
- AM experience
