Job Description
Concord is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to guide the SRE practice and drive reliability at scale. This role involves designing, building, and operating resilient infrastructure, providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and collaborating with customers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with cloud infrastructure and automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps
- Proven track record of designing and operating large-scale, cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Expertise in automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools
- Hands-on experience with containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
