Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Workable is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to join their SRE team. They are a leading HR suite company combining an Applicant Tracking System with an employee management system, and are growing quickly. The role involves designing, deploying, and scaling cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security. It's a highly collaborative environment focused on problem-solving and innovation within a rapidly expanding infrastructure.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills on large-scale distributed systems
• Experience with Kubernetes platform and technology stack
• Experience with relational and NOSQL databases
• Experience with a major cloud provider (GCP and AWS preferred)
• Experience with a configuration management and orchestration tool (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience with centralized logging, monitoring systems, and tooling frameworks
• Deep knowledge of Linux systems
• Experience with at least one programming language (preferably Python, Go, Java, C++)
