• Basic PC hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Basic software knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365
• Basic understanding of network protocols
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds of materials
