Requirements
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan and supervise a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Communicate with physicians and other health team members.
- Participate in Plan of Care Meetings and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
- Achieve or exceed productivity standards.
- Conduct discharge planning.
- Recommend equipment as needed.
- Report problems to facility personnel.
