Requirements

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Treat patients based on treatment plans.
• Supervise a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Communicate with team members and facility staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Achieve minimum productivity standards.
• Participate in in-service training.
• Record treatment notes and billing.
• Consult with facilities on equipment recommendations.
• Report department issues.
