Comstruct is a leading SaaS platform for material procurement in the construction industry. We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Consultant to join our team in Munich. The role involves leading customer onboarding, providing ongoing support and success tracking, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success management in a fast-growing SaaS company (ideally in the tech or construction field)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical skills to solve complex problems and continuously improve customer retention and results
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts independently and juggle a variety of priorities
- Fluent German and English language skills - knowledge of Swiss German and French would be an asset
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot is an asset
