Job Description
The German Speaking Contractual Services Specialist will ensure correct maintenance service purchase by processing requests and creating service orders. This role involves creating service quotes, managing asset data, and handling incidents. The position requires excellent communication and organization skills, while strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential.
Requirements
- Experience in a relevant purchasing or administrative role in the IT industry
- Very good experience in the use of MS Office applications, especially: Excel
- Fluency in English
- Strong organization and attention to detail skills
- High cost awareness
- Experience working in virtual teams
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of service level agreements
