Job Description
CCAP is seeking a full-time Physician (MD/DO) to join their growing, multi-service, multi-site Family Medicine Practice in Cranston, RI. The practice is a Joint Commission Accredited and NCQA III provider, offering integrated oral and behavioral health care, case management programs, and a next-generation electronic health record system. The role involves providing community-centered care with a patient-centered medical home approach.
Requirements
- NCQA III
- Federally Qualified Community Health Center
- 30-minute/hour schedule including some evening hours
- Full RI license in most states required. Board Certification in Family Medicine and community oriented
- ANA FNP Certification
- Current ACLS certification
