Behavioral Health Nurse Care Manager
RN license required. 3-5 years of community health experience preferred. BLS certification and experience working with patients are necessary
Dental Assistant
High school diploma or GED preferred. Completion of an accredited dental assisting course is preferred. CPR/BLS certification is required. Strong communication and prioritization skills are essential
Clinical Supervisor for Family Care Community Partnership
Master's degree in social work. Unrestricted license to practice in Rhode Island. Must have current driver’s license and proof of insurance
Family Practice Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Master's degree or MD in PA. 100 hrs of continuing education every 2 years. Licensed in Rhode Island. Strong clinical background & communication skills
Registered Nurse on Mobile Medical Van
RN license required. Ambulatory health care experience is needed. Current BLS certification, HIV certification, and current medical record access are necessary
Dental Assistant
High school diploma/GED and dental assisting course completion required. Bilingual in Spanish and English. CPR/BLS certification & effective communication skills are essential
Physician Family Practice
Must be board certified in Family Medicine and have appropriate clinical and communication skills. NCQA III certification and IR License or board certification in RI required. Must be current with all required immunizations and vaccinations
Mobile Dentist *part-time
Accredited dental school degree is required. General practice residency preferred, and fluency in Spanish is a plus. CPR/BLS certification and RD registration are essential
Case Manager / Coach
Bachelor's in Social Work or related field preferred. Experience in social services, energy conservation, or financial education is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills are needed
WIC Nutritionist, temporary 20-35 hr per week position*
BS in Nutrition, Dietetics or related. RI license is preferred. Basic computer skills are needed. Reliable transportation is required
