Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Patient Food & Nutrition Manager to lead a team in St. Louis, MO, a Level 1 Trauma Center. This evening shift (12 pm - 9 pm) position involves establishing patient food service needs, hiring and training staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and participating in quality programs. Requirements
- Associate degree with 1 year work experience in food services or related field, or bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management
- Certified Dietary Manager certificate, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian (preferred)
- Minimum of one year experience in food service management preferred in an acute care setting
- ServSafe® certification (desirable)
